512C 2 Quadrant Analog DC DRIVE

Isolated control circuitry, a host of user facilities and extremely linear control loop makes the 512C ideal for single motor or multi-drive low power applications. Depending on the input voltage, motor armatures of 90V, 180V, or 320V are accommodated.

Designed for use on single phase supplies with switch-selectable voltage, the 512C is suitable for controlling permanent magnet or wound field DC motors in speed or torque control. The 512C can be used with armature voltage feedback, or with a motor mounted tach generator as a feedback device for better speed regulation. Drive protection is provided by an instantaneous overcurrent trip circuit, and motor protection from a stall detection circuit.
