Since its establishment in 1974 by Dipl. Ing Bernd Zander, Zander fast developed into a worldwide leading specialist and "one stop shop" for high quality preparation components of compressed air and technical gases. In 1997, Zander became part of the domnick hunter Group.  In 2005, the domnick hunter Group and thus also Zander became a part of Parker Hannifin.
